You are the best! You manage to be so efficient and professional but you really treated me like I was your closest friend for whom you wanted the best. I know you work hard to make things work out the best for your clients but you don't make it seem hard. I am so glad you had me work with Michelle as well. She never seemed to stress about things and she gave me very step by step procedures to accomplish what we needed to do. 

I know we've been through this process together already but doing it by myself had me a little more nervous. I do think I did the right thing but it was a tough decision. You were always encouraging and never expecting too much at once. I really did need baby steps and hand holding but I feel more independent as a result of accomplishing my goal.

If you ever need a quote on one of your ads or a letter of recommendation, feel free to ask me for it. I would be more than happy to share my experience. I know you and Michael work as a team which means you can do even more! I will never forget our first day of looking at property and the less than friendly resident...Michael is hilarious! Thank you for the Goose Rocks wind chimes. I don't know if it was intentional, but when we bought our first house in 2003 you gave us the same gift. Regardless, we're very pleased to get another set of chimes -- the first set never got a chance to feel the breeze, as they unfortunately shattered when I accidentally dropped them on the way to installing them shortly after moving in. At the time we had many other things on our mind, & we moved on & forgot about the chimes. I'll endeavor to be more careful when I install these ones, & hopefully they'll have a long & tuneful life.

 

More importantly, we want to say a huge thank you for your tireless efforts through our recent sale & purchase. When we originally set out on this project, you told us "no one will work harder for you". From our previous experience with you, we knew those weren't empty words, but I think we had forgotten just how many details are involved in a real estate transaction & what we could expect from you. But you made good on that promise over & over again, & we could not be more pleased with the superb level of service you provided.

 

It is not often that I have felt the need to go out of my way to express my appreciation so strongly. A prominent jurist once observed that a lay person representing himself in court had a fool for a client. I think the same logic applies to a homeowner trying to sell his property without the benefit of an agent. Having just watched how hard you worked to sell our home, I heartily subscribe to the theory.

 

As we agonized over the decision to sell our home, second-guessed its selling price, worried about the wisdom of moving out of the area and questioned the value of the new home we had committed to buy, the last thing we needed were continuing concerns about all the arcane rules and regulations that had to be invoked in order to sell our house. And that's where you came in.

 

Vi & I were both overwhelmed at your energy level and your knowledge of the steps that had to be taken before we could leave for our new home in Roseville. You seemed to take on the assignment as a personal challenge to ensure our total satisfaction. We appreciate that very much.

 

Your insistence that our house was priced right and that it would move even though we were battling the holiday season and incredible rainstorms helped assuage major doubts that always lurked in the backs of our minds. Even when lower priced homes were selling all around us, you never flinched and never suggested we consider a lower selling price.

 

Finally, maybe your greatest value came to us at contract closing time. You knew every requirement and expected action of both buyer and seller, even when the buyers agent seemed confused about some aspects of the transaction. You made us feel well represented.
